Joy!

In these chaotic times who wouldn’t appreciate a little more joy in their lives. Most of us strive hard to keep our heads above water, and when we have a moment that brings us some joy we welcome it with open arms. The thing is we don’t have to wait for our circumstances to be joyful. “ For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your works; at the work of your hands I sing for joy,” (Psalm 92:4).

We are filled with the Unquenchable Joy of the Spirit! A true joy, that is always with us. No matter what is happening around us we know that when we connect with our Spiritual joy we gain peace, love, and strength that lies within us. “May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him,” (Romans 15:13). God has promised us true joy when we put our trust in him.

Joy is contagious we should share our renewed found joy with others. It’s not easy staying cheerful 24-7, but we need to spark more joy in our lives, and in the lives of others. “ Count it all Joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds,” ( James 1:2). If we can keep our joy under trials, our growth as a believer will boom. My hope and prayer is that we fill our hearts with more joy, love and blessings, Carby.
