Achieving Optimum Health Part 2

Maintaining optimum health is an ongoing process. The aging process is full of challenges to maintain high energy levels and avoiding diseases common in getting older. The answer lies in the Word of God and His promises. If walking is difficult for you, put your faith in God’s Word; “…Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” At once the man was cured, he picked up his mat and walked. (John 5: 8-9). There is absolutely nothing God can’t do.

Find a promise made in the Bible and hold it near your heart. Saturate your mind with that promise. “But I will restore you to health, and heal you of your wounds, declares the Lord,” (Jeremiah 30:17). The key is to totally immerse your heart, mind, and soul with God’s Word and promise. Faith and belief allows for the miracle. Praying the words of His promise immerses the subconscious mind, the gateway to God.

The cornerstone the glue that makes your miracle possible is the persistent prayers asking God for healing. “He will be like a tree firmly planted and fed by streams of water which yields its season;” (Psalm 1:3). Patience and persistence is essential. Jesus loves you and wants the very best for you. May God’s love and mercy bless you immediately; love and blessings, Carby.
