Is optimum health possible? I believe it is. As babies most of us were healthy, but something happened along the way; the environment, the food, lack of exercise, etc. But there is a solution. Someone one said, “Prayer is the key that unlocks the door to every kind of healing.” When we pray a calmness and peace surrounds us; that gives way to “A tranquil mind gives life to the flesh,” (Proverbs 14:30).
The more one prays the closer God is, filling the heart with joy and peace . He said, ‘daughter your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be free from your suffering,” (Mark 5:24). In some cases healing and good health may require a miracle. A miracle is a gift from God that he freely gives. Uniting the heart with Jesus opens the door for a miracle. “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible,” (Matthew 19:26).
To receive a healing from God loving Jesus with the heart, the mind, and the soul is absolutely necessary. Loving oneself and others helps the healing process. Jesus modeled how to love others. “As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you, now remain in my love,” (John 15:9). Fear hinders healing. Where love is needed to heal. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds,” said (Psalm 147:3). I pray the God of Mercy heals those in need; love and blessings, Carby.
