The Greatest Quest

Seeking God with all our heart and soul is the greatest quest that we can achieve. God’s presence can be felt or sensed when we open our hearts to all the love flowing from him to all of us. He showed his love for us when He sacrificed His Son for us. John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that he gave us his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” There is no greater love, and when we find God we are filled with this love.

God’s love in us changes everything. We are renewed from the inside out. Our thinking and our thoughts become more loving, cleaner, and uplifting. Negative, and sinful thoughts decrease. Our new desire is to please God. Colossians 1:10 says we “….live a life worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in Every way, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.”

God wants us to seek Him. He wants us to find him. “If you seek me with all your heart, I will let you find me,” (Jeremiah 29:13-14). God wants us coming home to our Heavenly Father. The only way home is through his Son Jesus Christ. In John 14:6 Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” My hope and prayer is that we all find our way home; love and blessing, Carby.
