What is God’s Dream for Your Life

For us to know God’s dream for our lives we must first fully surrender our lives to God. That means putting God first above everything else. We must say yes Lord, even before we know His Dream for us. Romans 12:1 says “Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to His service.”

We need to remember that this life is temporary, and our eternal Father is waiting for us with open arms. To guarantee entry into His kingdom it makes sense to do all we can here on earth. God has implanted into our hearts a dream for each of us. By praying and opening up our hearts to Jesus we will find this dream. In Acts 20:24 Paul says, “My life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus.”

It’s our mission and purpose in life to seek out God’s dream for us. Not our dream, but His dream for us. We will never be satisfied until we are living out His dream. “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails,” (Proverbs 19:21). God wants to give us His dream. Are we ready to accept it? I hope I am, and I hope you are also. Love and blessings, Carby.
