Your Thoughts Control Your Destiny

Our mind is the most powerful thing we possess. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). When our thoughts are God centered we enrich our body including our heart and brain. This brings us better health and healing. When our thoughts are toxic (negative) and contrary to the Word of God we create stress that impacts our body in a negative way.

God gave us free will. Every day we are free to choose our thoughts. “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, noble, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy—think about such things.” (Philippines 4:8, modified). I with I could tell you that filtering our thoughts is easy, it’s not. But I believe it is worth the effort. Dr. Caroline Leaf a Christian Scientist believes science is validating daily that the Bible is true in all its assertions.

If you want better health and less stress in your life think thoughts like “A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones” (Proverbs 17:22, Amplified Bible). Uplighting thoughts enriches our spirit, while negative thoughts weaken our spirit. My hope and prayer is that we uplift our spirit with good thoughts; love and blessings, Carby.
