The Ultimate Protection

Our country, society as a whole, is taking a turn for the worst. Violence and mass shootings are occurring at an alarming rate. No one is safe anymore, and we all need more protection. More than ever we need to pray for God’s protection. Saint Patrick’s Breastplate sums it up perfectly.

“I Gird Myself Today With The Power Of God: God’s strength to comfort me, God’s might to uphold me, God’s wisdom to guide me, God’s eye to look before me, God’s ear to hear me, God’s word to speak for me, God’s hand to lead me, God’s way to lie before me, God’s shield to protect me….” More than ever we need God’s protection,

Scripture tells us “Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to Him for protection” (Proverbs 30:5). It’s comforting to know that all who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior are under the protection of the Holy Father.

A father protects his children. God protects all His children. My prayer is that if you are not yet a child of God, that you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. In this crazy world we need all the protection we can get. Blessings and Love to all, Carbie.
