We are all God’s creations. God loves us so much that He gave us free will. We are free to choose the life we want to live. Many times I’ve chosen to do the opposite of God’s will, and I’ve suffered dearly for going astray.
I’m older now and hopefully I’ve gained some wisdom that has taught me to stay true too the will of God. It’s not easy because I’m human, and there are so many temptations and distractions in the world. This is what we need to do.
The word of God puts it this way: “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)
We need a complete transformation that is possible through the Holy Spirit that God has placed within us. Once we desire too please God with our entire being: body, heart, soul, and spirit we are on our way to experiencing our renewal and transformation.
My hope and prayer is that we continue to strive to please God. Nothing could please Him more than each one of us living our life in a way that seeks to continually do His will. Love and blessings to all. Carbie
