Daily we are challenged with what seems like multiple problems. Life can be extremely challenging when times like this occur. With us still fighting off the Corona virus and everything that it entails, this in addition to everything else makes life much more complicated.
It’s important to have powerful coping mechanisms in place to help you through these difficult and stressful times. Meditation and prayer has become a very high priority for me. Meditation is extremely good for relaxing and calming. It also helps to unite our heart and soul to our Higher Power. it helps us to gain new insight and perspective. It is an excellent technique to fight off stress.
Meditation is not that difficult. It takes patience and a willing to connect with either your higher power, nature, or anything else that will help you to focus your thoughts where they actually disappear and you are left with empty space. In that emptiness your mind is allowed to simply be still and free. This sounds easy but stilling your mind takes discipline and patience. Your reward is a calmness and peace that transcends almost anything else you might have experienced.
Prayer is one of my strongest weapons that helps me resolve many challenging problems that aren’t readily resolved. I’ve prayed so often during my lifetime that I can’t imagine a day going by when I’m not praying about something. But probably the greatest form of prayer is when we worship our creator in love through a prayer. This is especially very useful to either begin A meditation or concluding a meditation.
When we are faced with a difficult situation that needs to be resolved quickly, we can definitely use the power of prayer to help us get the best result possible. The power of prayer is real we only need to have a strong enough faith that will allow our prayers to materialize. The next time I go over a meditation technique that has helped me, and one that I still like using. Until the next love and Godspeed. Carbie
