On Purpose

As I reflect today I realize I haven’t written about finding your purpose in life, finding a true purpose gives you the momentum and inspiration you need to put your best foot forward each day. If you are lacking in motivation make sure you have a strong purpose that drives you. This gives you a reason for waking up each morning. It will be well worth your time to reflect to find out what is really important to you, and what you truly want out of life. As you pursue this journey you will find out what the true meaning of life is, and why you are here. It is a great journey and you’ll find some wonderful answers. In the meantime I’d like to share a poem with you I wrote awhile back it’s called “On Purpose.”

ON PURPOSE

Reflect for a moment. Have you ever asked yourself — Why am I here? What is my true purpose for being here? Your answer is your guiding light for creating the best life possible for yourself. For until we truly know why we are here will we know our true purpose.

If you have reached a point in your life and have come to the realization that there must be something more you’re absolutely right. There is much, much more. To find our true purpose we must not look outside of ourselves. We need only to look inside of ourselves. We must truly listen to what we here. After all who knows us better than ourselves.

When we are truly feee our thoughts no longer inhibit us from taking action. We gain a freedom that inspires us to act with a purpose and determination never before experienced. It is being being set free that the spirit within us inspires us to take action. We now act to fulfill our true purpose. When we live this way we gain a new peace never before experienced.

Ask yourself — What do I truly value? Why am I here? it is by asking these questions that we will become to know our true purpose for being here. A fulfilling life begins by knowing who we really are, why we are here, and our role while we are here. It is in truly knowing that we gain the freedom to explore life with a passion that was meant to set us free.

Like I alluded to in the poem. When you are living your life on purpose you gain such a natural freedom. Almost like you have liberated yourself from excessive worldly things. Like you are moving in a cloud giving you freedom that is both liberating and inspiring. There’s almost nothing like it. I totally encourage you to continue to live on purpose. If you are yet to find it, be patient with yourself I trust that you will. Until the next time. Carbie
