Love is the Answer

Love is such a powerful and positive emotion. Today I’d like to share a poem on love that I included in chapter 6 of my book “The One-Minute Prisoner.” This poem was first written in September of the 2018.

Love Is the Answer

I believe love is the answer to many of man’s problems.

When each one of us begins the day with love in one’s heart there is nothing that we won’t be able to do.

Love generated from the heart will make your day. You will seem so light on your feet that it will seem like there is nothing you won’t be able to do.

Yes, things may come up that will be disturbing and might even challenge you somewhat, but just know you are not alone. You never have been all alone, although at times it might seem that way.

All you have to do is connect with your heart, your soul the spirt of your creator rests in the center of your heart.

Just call on the spirit that you have been blessed with, and it will give you all the comfort you seek. You see from the moment of your birth, you have never ever been truly alone.

Just love, love, and love even more—the more we love, the more love is reciprocated. The love in your heart will always be there, you may have to reconnect with the love in your heart, but it will always be there for you to draw on.

Therefore, whenever you feel stressed and things aren’t going exactly like you would like, just stop what you are doing for one moment and focus on the area around your heart for ten seconds, just ten seconds.

This little technique will give you the extra energy you’ll need for the moment. You will feel energized to meet the day with new vigor. You will feel an instant calming of your mind and body.

Just ten seconds—that’s all the time needed to invest in a sacred period a time-out, if you will. The health benefits you’ll receive will truly amaze you.

Just remember that the fastest way to feel love is to engage your heart. You’re heart is where your spirit and soul reside. You can’t help but feel the love that always existed in your heart.
