An Incredible Journey

We are all on an incredible journey that has been inspired and some what dictated by the Corona virus that has impacted the entire world.

Who could ever have imagined in our wildest dreams that we would all be wearing face masks, social distancing, and spending so much time nearly locked up in our homes.

Our mission now has to be to make the best of a terrible situation. Many are without work with more idle time than they ever imagined. It’s important to keep your mind clear, but active at the same time. If you truly want you can take a very bleak situation and make magical moments by creating thoughts that will empower you forward, taking it one day at a time.

It’s important to maintain a sense of calm no matter how hectic things around you might get. Focusing on gloomy news 24-7 is not healthy for anyone’s mental health. It’s also vital that you maintain your mental health by seeking help through a help-line, a counselor or just talking to a friend when everything around you starts spinning too fast.

The point I’m trying t make is that in times like we are living in today we have to insure that we are doing our best to keep ourselves in top physical, mental, and spiritual shape. This will greatly help you deal with all the extra stress in your life. In the next writing I’ll share with you some of the strategies you can use.
